Design AMP Studio is founded by Asian American fashion designer DENNIS S. CORNELL. It is an innovative online concept that is not bound on one particular item or idea.
Creating limited one-of-a-kind pieces and redefining fashion trends with new and exciting designs are our goal.
Our Designer
DENNIS S. CORNELL attended Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in America. In 1990s, a business trip to Hong Kong led him to a renowned Hong Kong fashion designer Dorian Ho. They collaborated together and eventually designed a collection for office ladies which became their stepping stone into a lucrative and illustrious business in evening wear market.
Dennis achieved his first great accomplishment in 2001. The newly launched ready-to-wear evening collection made its international debut at the Mercedes Australian Fashion Week and New York Seventh on Sixth. This catapulted their status in Hong Kong and led them to couture services to celebrities and socialites.
His work was further recognized with the growth of Dorian Ho business, from Dorian Ho Bridal collection and D’Orient collection, an East meets West oriental inspired Qipao for the brides-to-be, to Dorian Ho Homme, a unique men’s wear collection catering to men who appreciates design, elegant fabrication and unusual detailing.
Among all these years, he has dressed a lot of celebrities, such as DoDo Cheng, Alice Chan, Carol Wai and Edwin Siu for special occasions.
With 30 years of experience in the fashion industry, he feels he is well prepared to start a new adventure of his life, which he founded Design & - Studio, to continue his enthusiasm in fashion.
